Notary coordination

The signature step is where claims stall.

Most states require a notarized finder agreement. Asking a claimant to find a notary is where a warm claim goes cold, particularly for older claimants and for families settling an estate. Steward tracks and coordinates that step instead of leaving it to chance.

Delivery state tracking

Each agreement moves through explicit states: draft created, sent for review, notarization pending, notarized agreement received, reviewed, ready for claim submission. A stalled claim is visible rather than forgotten.

Remote online notarization

Coordinate remote notarization so a claimant can complete signing from home. For claimants with mobility limits or who live far from the property, this is often the difference between a signed agreement and an abandoned one.

Estate signature routing

For deceased owners, the system identifies who actually has authority to sign, and whether that authority needs to be proven before the agreement goes out.

Document collection

Per-case storage for notarized agreements, death certificates, letters of authority, and identification, with advance alerts before time-limited documents expire.

Steward Recovery Services is built by a working finder, so the workflows follow real casework rather than a generic CRM.

Use of Steward's technology or professional services does not replace a finder's responsibility to maintain required registrations, use compliant agreements, protect claimant information, and comply with applicable laws and Treasury requirements.
