Outreach and document workflows
Repeatable steps, with a person in the loop at every consequential one.
The work between finding a claimant and filing a claim is mostly sequencing: reach out, follow up the right number of times, get the agreement out, gather documents, file, then chase Treasury. Steward makes that sequence repeatable without making it automatic.
Drafted outreach, human approval
Initial contact, follow-ups, and printed letters are drafted with the statutory disclosure already included. Every one waits for your review, and you can edit before it goes.
Contact frequency controls
A configurable touch cap stops follow-ups after a set number of attempts and flags the case instead of continuing. Hand-dialed calls are logged as touches, so the cap counts what actually happened.
Do-not-contact enforcement
A do-not-contact flag blocks drafting and sending across every path, not just the one where it was set, and requires an administrator to clear.
Agreement generation
Finder agreements generated as branded PDFs with your registration number and fee terms, delivered from your own email account so replies reach you.
Estate roadmaps
For deceased owners, a generated roadmap of what the family actually needs: which documents, who can sign, which county, and a plain-language family packet you can send.
Daily operations sweep
A scheduled pass surfaces follow-ups due, drafts awaiting review, contracts expiring, stalled estates, and registration renewal timing, and reports rather than acts.
See whether this fits how you already work.
Steward Recovery Services is built by a working finder, so the workflows follow real casework rather than a generic CRM.
Use of Steward's technology or professional services does not replace a finder's responsibility to maintain required registrations, use compliant agreements, protect claimant information, and comply with applicable laws and Treasury requirements.
